See What Others Miss
ABOUT ME
I've spent 40 years behind a camera and 30 years in healthcare. Photography taught me that where you stand changes what you see. Healthcare taught me what happens when people stop noticing.
Now I work with executives who are stuck in pattern-thinking. The Intentional Focus Framework translates how photographers see into how leaders think.
Not another business methodology. A new way to notice what's been there all along.

The Problem
You don't need more data. You need a new lens.
You already have the numbers. You have dashboards, decks, and reports. You are not short on information. The problem is how you see.
When you look at the same charts, in the same room, with the same people, your brain runs the same groove. So you push harder on the old answers. More meetings. More analysis. More "alignment."
But the real shift starts earlier. It starts with how you notice light, line, texture, and moment. It starts before the strategy deck.

I've spent 40 years learning how to see
I'm a photographer, not a consultant. For four decades, I've trained my eye on light, line, texture, and moment. Awards recognize photographers and the photographs matter, but learning to see is the real reward.
Several years ago, I noticed a pattern. The way photographers see is exactly what stuck executives need. Executives don't need another deck. They need to notice what they've stopped seeing.
So I started working with leadership teams. I bring a camera, a field kit, and a set of visual exercises. You bring a camera (yes, your phone counts) and a notebook. Then we step out of the boardroom and step into the field.
We apply that same eye — forty years of it — to your decisions, your team, and your next move.
